NOTICE OF PROMOTION IMPLEMENTATION

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company hereby announces the following promotional program:

2. Promotion Area (scope): Nationwide

3. Promotion Format: Gift with purchase (free goods provided with the purchase of other goods)

4. Promotion Period: From October 20, 2025, to the end of November 1, 2025.

6. Goods and services used for promotion: Hảo Hảo Instant Noodles

7. Customers eligible for the promotion: Customers with a customer code issued by Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company (wholesalers, retailers, and customers in the Horeca and GT channels as classified by Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company) who purchase promotional products listed in Section 5 through distributors having signed distribution contracts with Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

9. Total estimated value of goods and services used for promotion: 2,757,240,000 VND (+VAT)

10. Detailed content of the promotion:

• Purchase 01 carton of any product listed in Section 4 🡪 Receive 01 free packet of Hao Hao noodles
• Purchase 03 cartons of any product listed in Section 4 🡪 Receive 04 free packet of Hao Hao noodles
• Purchase 10 cartons of any product listed in Section 4 🡪 Receive 16 free packet of Hao Hao noodles
